Last week, the Public Foundation «Smile» has organized an informal meeting in the district of Amir Timur.
The meeting took place at socio-prophylactic center #9 with the Chairman of the quarterly committee and members of the Women’s Council. The main topic of the meeting was «The prevention of trafficking of children and men.» The purpose of the informal meeting was to raise awareness in the area of the slave trade, slavery and make participants to report to their neighbors, relatives and children about the problems that may be encountered during labor migration, not only abroad, but also within the state. Organizers conducted explanatory work with gathered audience about the dangers and risks of departing migrants from the Republic.
